I had gifted it to my father 2 months back as a retirement gift, he is enjoying it now.All features are working as expected, speakers do sound according to my expectations since he has been using it on daily basis.Only con he found out is that when the battery is about 20% it gets drained out within minutes.Also it is a bit expensive on the price side.Overall 4/5

I bought this device for my mother in her birthday. She listens to both Malayalam & Hindi classics. This caravan Malayalam device advertised that apart from the Malayalam film song list, it also has devotional, Carnatic as well as Hindi film songs. I was super excited as this was all I wanted, like an all in one!The device arrived and to my disappointment, the song loaded here are very unpopular. Can u imagine there are very few famous songs of Yesudas or Jayachandran. The devotional & Carnatic sections are also equally disappointing & unpopular. Finally, the Hindi section does not have a any good songs sung by Mukesh! Can you imagine?!I contacted team saregama, requested them for a exchange with Hindi. They denied. I requested them for a software update to load more songs. They denied.Now I'm stuck with this device for which I've paid 6k. Can't use, can't sell. Cursing my decision to go with Malayalam. Should've gone with Hindi device only.

I had two or three devices to play music. On my 60 th birthday my wife presented the caravan sarigama. A very good device which over powers all other radios and Bluetooth devices with me. Sharp and clear music out put. FM reception also is upto mark. Frankly speaking sarigama makes my dull moments happier. Thanks to the Sarigama team.

Selection of hindi songs is good,not happy with the selection of malayalam songs....volume control is not working properly from the first day.love to listen to soft music.
