Miss penny loves it! Was very hard to put together though. I ended up having my dad put it together because the direction were not helpful! The platform are kinda flimsy but if you clip them in the right way where the middle piece on the platform in under the bar not over the bar they stayed in one place. Everything fit together and had all the pieces with it. Very easy to move and clean. Over all very happy with it! Thank you

This things is a mess. It took over 3 hours to put things together. It's not sturdy at all. One tap and the whole thing will come crashing down.One of the ladders was broke right out of the box. The little platforms barely stayed on the rails. The hamster pushed them off, even being shaped into place. The tubes were near impossible to put together. Most of them didn't even line up. Trying to screw the house into place was a nightmare. They gave the wrong kind of screws. I had to cut a piece of plastic and put it in the back so that it would stay in place.The cage is a good idea in theory. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was a nightmare. I had crying children because I couldn't put it together fast enough, and because it kept falling apart.Be prepared to have some fingers and a headache. Like I said it's all cute in theory. But it is not worth my money. I'm extremely unhappy with this cage.

Sunshine loves it. It’s a sturdy cage. Kind of a pain to put together but once it’s together it’s not going anywhere. Awful to clean because there’s so many parts but it’s a great cage and I would buy it again.

This was one of the most infuriating cages Ive ever put together! The instructions SUCK and are nothing more than pictures, no wording, no steps, just the pictures. It took 2 and a half hours to build, with three adults working on it. When we finally got it built, the very corners of the outer walls had about an inch gap between the other end of the next wall, so we had to make makeshift corners so my ham couldnt escape. The tunnels are trash made, make sure you have a nail file or something similar when you get to the tunnels as the cut outs are not even and you will have to file the sides down on some to make them connect. The paint on the cage came flakey, and shes chewed the paint almost completely off on the bottom level. As infuriating and time-consuming as it was to put together, it's a really good sized cage that offers plenty of room to run and some activities and it's been up for almost three months with no issues aside from the paint flaking. My three stars rests solely on the lack of instructions and a few poorly made items

This hamster cage is overall a great choice! It’s spacious, well-ventilated, and provides plenty of room for my little pet to explore. The setup was easy, and I love the design, which makes it easy to clean and maintain.The only downside is that the plastic feels a little thinner than I expected. While it’s sturdy enough for normal use, I wish it was a bit thicker for added durability and to prevent any potential chewing damage.That said, my hamster loves it, and it works well for everything they need. If you’re looking for a functional and roomy cage, this is a solid option—just be mindful of the plastic.

So I forgot to right this review and I lost my rat about 3 months ago she really enjoyed this cage it was super easy to build and the size is very accurate it was super easy to clean and the chew ability was hard for her she could not chew threw the bars and it was super quiet and it looks amazing

This thing took hours to assemble. One touch and it all came crashing down. Theyre totally useless. I kept the cage but replaced all the platforms and ladders with wooden ones that screw onto the cage.

Good cage but the floors don’t stay on because the cage is a bit flimsy
