Good but contains Fluoride
I bought this as a 'natural' toothpaste, no parabens etc. but Fluoride is not mentioned in ingredients above. Teeth feel good and mouth fresh but won't buy another unless fluoride-free.Ingredients: Glycerin, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Xylitol, Cellulose Gum, Lactobacillus, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Stevioside, Menthol, Sodium Chloride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Powder, Tocopheryl Acetate.

Best toothpaste for black stains
I used to have black stains on my teeth 1 month after the hygienist.My dentist advised me on this product and I have to say that I don't have stains since and it has been 7 months!

Seems good.
Trying this and xylitol. My mouth is much healthier looking and feeling after having too much sugar for too long and using alcohol based mouthwash etc.

Contains fluoride
I wanted a natural tooth paste which didn’t contain fluoride, I carefully check the list of ingredients before purchasing and fluoride wasn’t mentioned but on receipt of the paste I see on the packaging that it contains sodium Fluoride. I want to improve my oral microbiome, clearly fluoride with its antibacterial properties won’t help with this. Hopefully I can find a brand that describes its products accurately.
