Apple MacBook Air 2020 13.3-inch (Apple M1 Chip, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) - Space Gray (Renewed)

My first Apple computer! I was looking at other brands and decided that I wanted to go Mac because I'm a iPhone user and I've always heard nothing but good things about them. I can't afford a new one so I began to look here on amazon for a like new, refurbished or renewed one. I was kinda skeptical about purchasing it because I didn't want to get one and it be messed up but I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. Other than a couple tiny scratches on the edge that are barely noticeable and the keys being worn a little from the previous owner I can't even tell it is used. Practically brand new! The shipping packaging could have been better but it came with a charge, charger, completely reset and ready to be setup. I did have to update it to the newest software but I am very happy with my purchases and love my new computer!

I honestly loved this MacBook Air but I use a lot of Adobe programs and decided that getting a MacBook Pro would better suit my needs. It was lightweight and came in excellent condition. I do wish that it would have came with a genuine apple charger rather than something generic.

Purchased to use as a work computer for recording audio and light editing on the go. Has been absolutely perfect for my needs. The M1 chip is an extremely impressive processor in a tiny machine. Highly recommend for casual laptop users and light professional work alike. Runs Lightroom and Photoshop very smoothly, display looks fantastic, and audio is impressive for a laptop. Obviously, being a MacBook Air, it is tiny and very lightweight. Practically disappears in my bags and camera cases.

Macbook air is a M1 and has all the correct color / spec as ordered. 2 picture shows it’s at 82% battery which means in a couple months i’ll have to pay apple to get it replaced for 129 + tax. Operates and looks new if you don’t try to look. Two spots on picture #3/4 where the macbook hit a wall or surface and make it rough ( finish or metal contact that marked it up ). Front and back lid of the macbook are a 9.5/10 besides residue I wiped clean from a sticker. body 8.95/10. You get what you pay and i’ll hopefully not have any issues if I do in the window of return hopefully. Seems to work fine for people who don’t mind having to replace the battery eventually. Just glad it doesn’t have a lot of noticeable marks. Good experience overall i’d say. It did smell funky kind of like smoke or something out of the box so I wiped it all down with a microfiber and small bit of alcohol wipe. brand new block (not apple) came in box original usb c cord though! Casi dos meses de uso con este Macbook 16 GB de RAM y 512GB de almacenamiento.Apariencia:Realmente no le dí mucha importancia a este aspecto, ya esperaba que viniera incluso con abolladuras teniendo en cuenta otras reseñas, pero fue sorprendente que solo viniera con desgastes en el aluminio, la carcaza luce bien, las teclas siguen estando claras y no tiene ninguna abolladura en el aluminio.Batería:Quizá el aspecto negativo de la condición escogida, llegó con 85% de capacidad de carga, y mantiene en ese número hasta el momento.Cabe aclarar que compré otro cargador aparte, y no uso con el que vino el macbook uso uno de la marca Anker, y recomiendo que compren otro cargador por aparte.En cuanto a la duración de la batería, no la he desgastado por completo, tuve que estar en una llamada como por 4 horas sin enchufarlo y no se descargó del todo, también estuve trabajando por fuera 3 horas y rindió bastante bien.Rendimiento:El rendimiento sigue estando bien para el 2024, esta laptop fácilmente tiene unos años más de durabilidad.Lo uso para trabajos de desarrollo web, corre el emulador de iOS correctamente sin teabas y va todo joya.Aconsejo encarecidamente comprar la versión de 16GB de RAM, upgradear una laptop como esta es bastante complejo y se va una buena pasta.Si no tienen el dinero suficiente es más facil usar un SSD externo que sufrir por la memoria RAM, es enserio.Más allá de que me va a tocar lidiar con problemas de batería en un mediano o largo plazo, no tengo ninguna queja, fue una buena compra.Sobra decir que también deben invertir en un buen hub USB-C pueden comprar el de Ugreen que está bastante bueno.

The product was in excellent condition. It looked like new. It arrived very quickly. Perfect keyboard. Charger ok. I am very satisfied.

I discovered the charger that was sent with the MacBook Air -2020 Renewed, (purchased Jan 2025) was faulty. After about 60 days of light use of this laptop I notice the after being plugged-in every night the laptop seemed to not fully charge. The battery % kept decreasing. I reached out to Support but all those were dead-end; no person available, just Chat. I change powerstrip, changed up the USB-C cord, checked charge on another device and found not charging device. Could not believe it would be the charger but bought a new one because laptop died. It was now past the 90 day 'return' policy. I did not want to return the laptop, I wanted the tech to respond with trouble shooting ideas so sent the seller a message. I could not believe the laptop was a total loss. When seller responded it was "this is past the 90day return policy". Well, yes by a couple days. But did you even read the message? Thank God the laptop is functioning well now with a new charger that I had to purchase separately! But I have to say, I am not feeling 100% confident in trusting this vendor with the quality of this Renewed MacBook Air 2020.PS: Now Amazon has a couple videos for 'No Power" or 'Touchscreen not working". Those would have been very helpful to me back in March -April!
