I have the Dean and Deluca 40-count spice tube rack, and broke a couple of the glass tubes. I bought these test tubes to replace the ones I broke, and I'm happy to report that they are nearly identical to the ones that came with my spice rack. The only real difference that I can see is that the glass on these tubes is slightly thicker, which can be seen when holding one of these tubes next to an original one and comparing the rims. Because of that extra thickness, the corks that came with the spice rack sit about 1/4" higher on these tubes than they do on the original ones. The corks that come with these tubes don't go in very far. I think that they should have used smaller corks.If you're also looking for replacement tubes, or if you'd like to make your own test tube spice rack, look no further. You'll be very happy with these.

Nice test tubes. I don't heat them or treat them roughly. Good as containers for Indole-3-butyric acid solution for dipping cuttings when rooting/propagating plants. When my order arrived I noticed that the corks, unfortunately, had zero mass and were invisible. No trace of them in the shipment, but I didn't really need them.The box was labeled "25x200mm Borosilicate Glass Test Tubes - (Pack of 5) Karter Scientific". Maybe there are 2 versions of the product... one with corks, one without corks.

I actually didn’t measure and these were extremely too large for what I was going for. BUT I made it work for me. I make and sell bath and beauty products. I filled them with various salts, herbs and essential oils and they came out beautifully! I ordered these because some of the reviews said that they were comparable to the Dean and Deluca test tube spice rack.It really needs to be said that these are good for the LARGE version of the Dean and Deluca spice rack. I have the SMALLER rack & these are way too large unfortunately. Buyers beware to be able to decipher between the two!As far as the test tube itself -- they seems sturdy and good for any other scientific or crafty use you might need them for.

All arrived unbroken and were quickly shipped. A+ from me :)
