This stuff is amazing. Yes, it will leave your skin a little red if you use as a mask and leave it on too long! Use as directed and you'll be fine. If you have super sensitive skin, always spot test on your arm or somewhere else. That being said, this is a great mask and can be used daily as a cleanser. I personally like using it as a cleanser each night after I remove my makeup with a gentle oil. It really tones and exfoliates my skin and I wake up with super soft skin each morning. I use it as a mask once a week or if my skin really needs a good scrub. Plus it smells awesome. And for the price, you cannot beat it.

Last year my sister bought me a sampler pack of masks, peels, and face washes from Freeman. They were all mediocre except this one. It makes my face feel so soft and clean. I alternate between using it as a scrub and a mask.

I like Freeman masks, so I bought this one on a whim. Smells just like apples and not at all like vinegar. Yay! It is very runny and gritty from the pumice. You don't need very much, just enough to spread a thin layer over your face. I let it dry completely, then get in the shower and get my hands a little wet and scrub it off. I find it especially helpful in drying out my oily T-zone, but be sure to use a moisturizer after since it is a clay mask. I haven't noticed an improvement in evening out my skin tone, but I don't use it consistently to see a difference. The clay dries out pimples and the pumice leaves my face smooth. I would highly recommend this mask to anyone with an oily or combo face. Clay masks aren't that great for dry faces. I also love Freeman's chocolate strawberry mask. Smells just like a Frosty! :D

Freeman's mask can do no wrong.

Its value corresponds to its price. It did a great job as a scrub, but left my face redish pink for a couple of hours, even though my skin is not sensitive. Once I stopped using this product this also stopped occuring. Definitely not for sensitive skin. Would not recommend this.
