I like the box, holds the bulbs goodthey light up and workGreat for my boat trailerget the longest life when I spray the inside of the entire light enclosure with corrosion X spray. I even spray the bulbs, let it dry for a full day and enjoy for months. GET CORROSION X FOR YOUR BOAT TRAILER LIGHTS!!!!

I guess the only other thing to find out is if they will last 10 years like the original brake light bulbs.

Used for current reduction.
A special project using DC solenoids. The lamp in series provides a surge current to engage the solenoid. After the filament warms the resistance increases thus reducing the holding current in the windings. This reduces the heat and extends the life of the solenoid coil.
