Works for my dog crate
We got these to put on a custom dog kennel. They work great and the dogs can't push them open.

As described. Well packaged. No scratches. Some paint came off the screws during installation even though I was gentle. We'll see if I have to put another coat on. For my application (hollow core resin door of an outside storage cabinet) I will probably replace these wood screws with machine screws/nuts that go all the way through. I do not consider this a negative of the product.

These are thick metal with 3/4 to 1 inch screws. The hinged latch is on the left. Option for using a lock or carabineer is nice. I am using to keep screens locked on a outdoor building.
