These sheets have transformed my cooking and baking. Very easy to use and clean. Much better than foil or baking parchment and more importantly, better for the environment. I ordered a set for my daughter in law who has found them equally useful.

I really like this product. It comes packaged and with an easy storage band and hot pad for handling trays. It fits easily over my baking trays and food residue cleans off easily. The only issue is it becomes very slippery when washing. You don't need to use oil to prevent sticking but if the recipe calls for it or food has oil/fat in it, the mats can become super slippery and you can't even keep hold of them while washing them. Won't stop me using them but tricky!

Love these. We use them all the time instead of baking paper so we've saved on using a lot of that.They're very easy to clean, there's a couple of burnt on bits that are a little tougher to remove and they have discouloured slightly but that doesn't affect how they work at all.We haven't used the littlest one as I was reserving that purely for baking but I imagine it's exactly the same.Would buy again.

They don't fit any baking tray. Sometimes after washing they seem to still have a smell so I use some essential oils and then they are great. The sizes are what's disappointing. I'll have to buy others that fit even though I went for these because I wanted to support a small business and they were more expensive than the other options.
