Perfect to break new shoes and relieve pain
I had to buy those when my shoes gave me really bad blisters before travelling - perfect to relieve pain, they stayed on my heels without any issues and even stayed for more than 24h and survived a shower when I forgot I was wearing them.Also perfect to help break new shoes without blisters!

Not really plasters.
Very good quality sticky pads which are good for protecting your feet from blisters and rubbing. Not very effective as medical plasters though. They are very sticky all over and have no pads at all. When removing them it is easy to disturb the wound and can be very painful. Great at preventing feet problems but not for treatment.
