This product arrived on time and in good condition. The long handle will prevent being burned by any steam from a pot that I am stirring. I will also lay the spoon across any pot that is boiling pasta so that it does not overflow the sides of the pot.

I had a long-handled wooden spoon that I refused to part with even though it had started to crack from years of use. I could not find one I liked as much. When this one arrived, I loved the long handle, it was about 2 inches longer than the one I had, but it felt heavier in my hand. I almost sent it back, but I decided to just go ahead and use it. Now that I got used to the size, I can say I love this spoon. I use it for my sauces, pasta salads, and potato salads. The top of the spoon is larger than my original. Again, at first, I was not sure if I liked it that large but now it's the first utensil I reach for. I will be ordering another one to have as a spare.

I'm a homeless guy, but I do eat a lot of canned beans and stews on the campfire by my lean-to. This spoon that my ex wife paid for recently is really nice. I even eat with it because I don't have any silverware.

This 16" wooden spoon is the perfect size to use with the large stock pot. It is very sturdy and easy to use with my hand. I use it to stir the jam mixture - which takes quite a few minutes to mix. I know I will be using it quite often in the near future.

I absolutely love this spoon. Handle is very long, it is very sturdy. I would definitely purchase another one.
