The computer works well but I received it with a charging cord that does not function at all. How do I get a new cord from your company mailed to me?

Loving it so far. The one thing I would complain about is the battery life. It hasn’t lived up to the specs. And when the screen/tablet is detached, in tablet mode, the battery life of that element is far lower than I would have expected. Could be my settings and cpu usage from background processes or something else. I would like to know how they spec-ed out the battery live because I haven’t been pushing it hard with high cpu usage.Welcome to recommendations if anyone has them.But the machine itself is fantastic performance-wise and has an equal build quality to a MacBook Pro. Maybe better because it’s a MSFT machine so it’s far mor compatible to peripherals.Great machine. Just wish the battery life was better with my config.

Received laptop in good condition, but found that the touch screen did not work at the top and bottom of the screen. I went through every solution offered by the internet and Microsoft respectfully (Deleting and reinstalling the touch screen software, booting to UEFI, enabling and re-enabling the touch screen software, checking all updates and restarting the damn thing twelve times).My final conclusion is that this is a hardware issue. I really liked the laptop, I like the versatility of the tablet -detachment design, but the touch screen failure defeats the purpose of the purchase. I am surprised there was no prior product testing that could have easily prevented this from being an issue.I’m going to buy another one, but not from here.

I had this for less than 2 months and it died. I contacted the seller right away as it was just barely out of their warranty period. They had no problem pointing out that it was past 30 days so not their problem.

Awful and unreliable laptop. The connection between the screen and the base is very fragile. Any motion of the laptop severs the connection and then the computer freezes for 30 sec or more. And often loses the connection to anything connected to the USB ports. Sometimes the screen reconnects, and sometimes I have to completely disconnect and reconnect the screen. Sometimes the external device is recognized, and sometimes I've had to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers.Also - the keys are very difficult to see in moderate light. White-ish letters on grey/silver keys is an awful combination.This is a good laptop if you want to develop a relationship with the Microsoft Surface support teams - I need to call them several times a month.
