Closest consistency to real pizza!
I'll admit, I'm pretty much a kid with my food, in that I could eat pizza nearly every day and never get sick of it. Bad news for anyone deciding to start a Keto way of life! I have tried so many Keto/low-carb pizza crust recipes or boxed/bagged mixes, only to be disappointed time and again. I cannot do this lifestyle if I can't enjoy pizza, calzones, and breadsticks. Just not gonna happen. Enter this crust mix! It's easy to mix up (only 4 ingredients), it's much more "moldable" than other crusts I've tried (meaning I can fold it or roll it for calzones and strombolis without it falling apart or breaking), and it gets crispy on the outside when it cooks, which I LOVE! It has a very slight sweet taste - not sure what that's from, but it's not overpowering or unpleasant, and OH MAN, it tastes closer to anything else I've tried. No, it's not "real" pizza, but it hits the spot and fulfills the craving, and I actually enjoy eating it! My only complaint is that I wish I could make it up a day or so in advance and keep it in the fridge or freezer - it does take an hour to rise, so not a great option for a last minute thing. It says you can put it in an 80 degree oven for 30 minutes or rise at room temperature for an hour. The lowest my oven goes is 270 degrees, so I'm stuck waiting the hour. But if I have time to plan ahead, it is WORTH it! Plus I can eat an entire pizza/calzone for only 4 net carbs in the crust (plus whatever toppings/cheese I put on). It's a little pricey, but I can get 3 pizzas/calzones out of a bag of mix....less than I'd spend ordering one from a restaurant.

Too Sweet
This dough was sweetened with stevia, and the texture was very grainy. It was closer than other recipes I've tried for keto pizza, but I would not buy this again

Yummy!
I've been on a Keto diet for about 3 years now. I made this pizza today and it was awesome!!! Best keto pizza I've had! I made the whole package so I could have one huge pizza. It's tricky to shape the dough into a nice circle. The trick is to roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper using a rolling pin. I had a beautiful, even, circular pizza. It turned out to be about the same size as a large delivery pizza from pizza hut. I cut it into 8 big slices. Yum!

Definitely worth it!
Very glad I found this. I completely gave up trying to find a keto pizza replacement. (Cauliflower crust is a crime against food.) This, however, works brilliantly. While it still isn't a "true" pizza crust (nothing low carb can be), it's even better than other regular-carb, store-bought doughs and mixes--better than stuff like Mama Mary's or that Betty Crocker instant nonsense. And since there's so much fiber, it's more filling, and one crust can last me 2 meals. That comes to only about $2.00 per dinner! Will definitely be keeping a supply of this handy from now on.

Just don’t
The only thing worse than the taste and texture of this ‘dough’ was the off putting smell. The aftertaste wasn’t good either.

This is the best low carb pizza crust I have ever tried!
I finally found the one! I follow a special nutrition plan in which I don’t mix saturated fats and carbs, so I have been searching for an low carb pizza option that tastes good for a while. I had given up, but then I found this product on Amazon, and I’m glad I gave it a try, because this is THE ONE. Of you are looking for a low carb pizza crust, search no more! But I do think that you need to add some salt to the mix for the pizza to be tastier. It is not mentioned in the instructions, but I figured it would be necessary when I made my first pizza using this mix, and I think I could have used more salt... because I felt the crust was a tiny bit sweet, but maybe I have extremely sensitive taste buds, since I don’t eat sweets. But the texture and everything else was exceptional! I will definitely buy again.
