Great way to get protein and fiber in a tasty and inexpensive package.
These hit a nice sweet spot. Pun intended.While these don't have as much protein as a protein bar (10g vs the usual 20g for a dedicated protein bar) or as much fiber as a Fiber One bar (5g vs 9g of fiber) they have a nice mix both, are really tasty and keep the carbs pretty low (14g vs ~30g for either fiber or protein bars.)Oh, and they are pretty inexpensive at about $0.75 per bar. What's not to like?I have tried all the protein and fiber bars (Kind, Pure Protein, Fiber One, Simply Protein, etc.) and none have the great mix of these.I eat these as a tasty dessert after lunch and/or dinner. They supplement my protein and fiber while allowing me to keep my carbs in check.Finally, they help me poop without causing bloating or indigestion. Too much information? Well, when YOU get into your 40's you will know how precious consistently good poops are! The Fiber One bars helped me with their Fiber, but they really upset you GI track. Lots of bloating and gurgling. (OK, I am done with the poop talk.)

High in fiber, too!
I love how these are not only a great source of portable, tasty protein, but fiber too (6 grams of fiber and 10 grams of fiber per bar at the time of this review). Decent price considering Amazon has to get their cut, too. Will purchase again. Thanks!

Great price for what they are
High in protein but also has a bit more sugar than I'd like. They taste great. Price swings quite significantly over time so keep an eye on it.

A great craving buster.
These are so good I make them a regular part of my breakfast and one of my go to snacks when I want to satisfy a craving with something better than empty calories. They are so satisfying I have to remind myself to eat the rest of my breakfast.

Delicious
I love these and have ordered them multiple times. One of the tastiest products Nature Valley makes and they are the ideal size for eating one first thing in the morning when the stomach can be a little sensitive.

These are especially for my wife but I enjoy too... Just have to hold off or eat all of them... :-)
