I have used this product to etch and mark knife blades and so far, I am very happy with it. I did contact their tech support and ordered some templates for my makers mark. They were quick and efficient and I received the templates very quickly.I have no complaints with this product so far. It works great.

Great product for too much money
Product is actually 5 star but seller actually charges less on their website and a hundred dollars more than some of their competitors to top it off they charge twenty + on shipping. I can recommend you buy this just by it somewhere else.

Great for Knifemaker
Soo far I've done brass , aluminum and some mild steel with no problems. I got my stencils to work with this machine from Blue Lightning Stencils and they work great , I've also tested some I cut from vinyl myself with same result on a cricket machine
