IT NEEDS TO BE MIXED BEFORE USE AND I HAVE LOOKED ALL OVER THIS PAGE AND AT MY TIME OF PURCHASE THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION SAID NOTHING ABOUT CONCENTRATE. IN FACT, THE PICTURE IS OF THE READY TO USE PRODUCT. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.
