Disappointed
Worked goof for a few months had to tighten up more then once. Has come lose again and it's extremely tight disappointed

Could use better QC
The threads on the pin were difficult to turn, after taking a look there was corrosion in the nut side. A little thread chasing took care of the issue, but for something this cost QC should be a little bit more stringent.

Fell apart
Unfortunately on the first drive after installing (300 mile trip) it fell apart causing my also brand new Gen-Y hitch to go tumbling down the highway. Luckily I had not hooked up my trailer yet. Dissatisfied to say the least

Didn’t work as intended
Didn’t work like it was intended, alignment of weight distribution shank was probably the problem also from gen-y

Can’t get it tight enough.
Got it as tight as I can with the tool and with out additional leverage. Still not tight enough to stop any hitch movement. I’ll try to tighten some more and see what happens.

This did not work for me it would not tighten up my hitch. The pen stopped getting tight before it finished threading in. So I was disappointed. But they did refund my money so I won't complain. Maybe it will work for someone else's application.

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to get this product, I spent huge money on the GEN-Y torsion hitch thinking it would be awesome, and it’s really not…. The hitch bangs around like crazy due to all the connections etc and makes the towing experience quite annoying, bought the GEN-Y brand anti rattle hitch pins and figured they would make a huge difference and not so much…. The pins worked well for the first installation and took away the rattle, but once removed to change ball height etc, now the hitch rattles again just like before, and the stainless finish is very weak, this truck has left my shop for approx 600km since having the pins installed, truck is washed before parked each and every time and after 30 days these pins are rusty and ugly.Waste of moneyDon’t botherBuy yourself a B&W
