Curves my appetite and feeling of staying full for 6 to 7 hours. Does not have after taste or cause upset stomach. I take one capsule with each meal and drink water in between. Would buy again

This product works
I have notice a difference in my appetite for the better. My digestive system has improved on going number 2. I have been taking them for 2 weeks and I have lost 5 pounds .
