They work! For my dog (who might be the best dog ever--just saying) I was worried about size but someone mentioned they got a medium for their cocker mix so I too got a medium for my 19lb poodle-mix. The velcro made sizing a non-issue so the medium fit and was easy to pull on. It also allowed me to pull the booties up over the hind leg joint (sorry, not looking up the correct name) and then velcro over the joint so he didn't kick them off (happened just once). The foxtails stuck to the bootie instead of my dog and the burning hot pavement was no longer an issue. He walked great in them!

These were great...key word, were!! These are well made and were wonderful protecting my dogs paws from licking. That was till nighttime when she decided to "chew" them off. Guess she had enough of them!! Not fault of the quality, just a determined dog to get them off!!

These socks have been great for helping me care for my cats front paws, which he has bitten open and we have to change daily. Helps prevent him from getting to his paw or him taking the medical covers off. Great second defense against dirt and cat litter too. The grippies make it easier for him to walk too.

These booties were easy to put on and the built in strap keeps them on well. The problem is these should only be used indoors as they are already wearing out with holes with just 2 days walking around the block. The description says "great for hot pavement" leading to believe they are built for outside - but they are not.

Ordered new socks for my baby girl, Roxy. She’s a 12 year old cockerpoo, 18 lbs. I ordered a medium. And happy I did. The socks fit really well and give her paws just enough room to breath. I don’t hear her walking on the floor anymore lol. Also good for slip resistance and support for her back legs because she’s developing back issues with age. But ultimately I ordered them so she won’t lick her paws. It’s allergy season. So after giving her a medicated bath this morning and blow dry she got her new socks put on to also decompress. She’s been licking and biting nonstop. These help a lot!

These are PERFECT for my senior golden retriever! His hips have gotten weaker and his poor feet would slide out from under him on the hardwood floor. Took a chance on ordering these and I am SO happy I did! They really help support his back paws from sliding and give him a little more confidence to move around without sliding. The Velcro wrap around the ankle really helps these stay on all day. Really happy with this and will order more!!

I got these for my senior dachshund who is having a tough time with traction on our hard floors. These would work awesome if they just stayed on. First tried them without the straps, didn’t work. With the straps surely would…nope. Within a few steps there’d be a sock down the hall. The button placement on top of the straps seemed like it was uncomfortable if I tightened it too much to keep them on his paws. The weave material on the inside definitely makes it tricky to get on without the nails getting stuck.

I bought these at a reduced price. It was a trial to see if my dog would wear them or like them before I considered investing in a pair with more grip. They are essentially "hospital slipper" socks for dogs with a piece of velcro that is snapped to the back. The first day she pulled them off, but I put them back on and moved them a bit each time to see where her preference was. She realized they were helpful with preventing her back legs from slipping from under her so easily. (She is 80 pounds, has hip dysplasia, and arthritis.) She does pull one side off more than the other, but leaves the one on her worst leg. Care must be taken not to snug the velcro too tight. I would buy again based upon my experience thus far. I recommend putting them on your dog while they are lying down, properly place, and affix velcro appropriately. My dog only needs these on her back two paws, so being that you receive four, while one pair is being laundered, she can wear the other two which is convenient.
