Q: Can you buy spare mop heads for this mop ? if so where

You get 3 extra with it so I haven’t needed to look for replacements yet

Q: The plastic fitting that connects the spray handle and the liquid bottle has broken. How do I contact the manufacturer?

Mine does not have any attatchmentsso may be a different manufacturer.

Q: Can cleaning wipes be attached to it than microfibre cloth? Are both attachable

I use floor cleaning wipes with the microfibres cloth. It takes 2 wipes side by side and they clip on together with the microfibres cloth. This is the best floor mop I’ve ever had. All my floors are laminate and I use the mop to both dust and wash the floors. The attached tool makes removing dust and fluff into the dustbin really easy.

Q: Why does the base flip over when I’m mopping / go backwards

Can't say I've had this problem, but then I'm mainly just dry dusting/mopping a laminate floor. The only real issue I've encountered is when attempting to use on the painted walls & ceiling, but I'm guessing that's down to the design? With it being virtually a 360 degree swivel, too much pressure put on it can result in spinning the head in a different direction, but it's never flipped over. That & the fact I'm guessing the designers never expected anyone attempting to mop a ceiling? :-)
