Gotham Steel11" XL Deep Dish Square Pan Set, Aluminum, Brown

I bought this to replace a couple of existing pots/pans that are big and heavy. It's a nice compact size and shape and it can be used for so many things! I've made a stir fry and Jambalaya in it. I was also able to make a batch of chili, top it with cornbread batter and put it in the oven. ONE pot! Clean up was easy too. Much better than having to scrub out a chili pot and a casserole dish. I haven't used the deep fry basket or the steamer option yet but I'm confident they'll work fine too. Best of all, I now have more space in my cupboard!

The only Con I had was that the lid doesn’t fit properly. But it holds a lot of food for my family without having to use a second pot. Plus it’s super easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.

You can't imagine how happy I was when I received my Gotham Steel, but it arrived with a defect damaged that would make it irreparable if I kept it and it would be completely damaged. I would like it replaced it for a new one in a perfect conditions.

I ordered this set as a replacement for the smaller deep fry pan after my boyfriend broke the glass lid. I didn’t do my homework correctly (measuring the original pan size) as I had hoped to just get a matching pan, so I ended up with one way larger. I LOVE this pan. I think it is worth the price and the nonstick coating of any gotham steel item i’ve had is incredible. The only negative is that the handle on the lid gets hot if you use the lid, so make sure you have pot holders ready.
