These parts work great and are much cheaper than you will find anywhere else for what appear to be genuine Vemo sensors. I have purchased 3 of these for 2 different cars and the reason I had replaced one of them was only because I had not replaced the MAP sensor and PCV valve at the same time like I needed to so when the check engine light came on with the same code in relation to the intake manifold I just decided to play it safe and replace the sensor again as well. That being said on one vehicle I have about 12,000 miles and the other about 5,000 miles since I replaced the sensor with no issues.

This is the German made sensor it's the older model. The newer ones I believe are made in Romania

This is an actual OEM part at is just the older version that is made in Germany instead of the newer one made in Romania or Slovakia to be honest I dont recall which Eastern European country it was but I know its not Germany. Totally worth the money, Ive installed one already in my vehicle and its been working great for 6 months and Im about to buy a 2nd for my girlfriends vehicle and install it. Dont get hung up on its being the older version its still OEM sensor for $20 and works just fine. It may not last as long as the newer version but we are still measuring in years and around a 100,000 miles or more vs more years and over 100,000 miles. Still pretty great if you ask me. 5 stars all around, buy it you won t regret it. Also I installed this in my 2012 VW Jetta GLI Autobahn with the I4 2.0L Turbocharged TSI Engine.
