I've used these for several months and definitely feel more alert and awake when I take them daily. Other than the flavor (somewhat like eating dirt), they are just fine. I take mine with my morning coffee. I mainly use these with the hope of keeping a recurrence of cancer at bay. I do note that I am often having a hard time sleeping for more than 6 hours not that I take these regularly.
