Excellent product
After having annually sharpened the original blade of our Flymo Chevron R420 I decided that it was time to buy a new one.Having seen the price in our local hardware supermarkets I was pleased to find this product on Amazon for much less and despite the normal 'you get what you pay for' concerns I have been extremely pleased with the blade I received.The original delivery date was given as the middle of May be it actually arrived within 5 days of ordering!The blade has a slightly different profile to the original Flymo item in that it is not truly straight for its whole length but is slightly closer to the ground at the cutting edge. In practice this is not an issue and may actually allow a closer cut than the mower originally had at its lowest setting albeit at the risk of 'scalping' an uneven lawn.In short, an excellent product and at least as good as the original and cheap enough to replace more often that one every 20 years!

very good piece of equipment, would have been helpful if the blade had right way to mount etched on it.

Quality suspect
The pin holes in the blade were too small, I had to drill them out to suit. Also after first use I inspected the blade and already heavily indented along blade edges just from 20mins of mowing my lawn.

Cuts your grass very well
So far a very good product. Used to replace the blade in a Hushqvarna Royal 43S. The older part was already very worn out and perhaps the difference of performance is so clear, but there is no doubt that it does the job. With the FREE delivery the price is extremely competitive. I will repeat the order when this one wears out (unless the machine cracks before, since it's 10 years old).

One small problem, the angle the blade is bent is not as steep as the original, and I have to get a spacer ring to lower the cut. Otherwise it is fine

The blade is slightly different but is stronger than the original,it also gives a very good cut.

Relatively inexpensive blade when compared to the manufacturers and is just as good quality. Does the job.
