We bought this to help with stretches for my 4 year who is a toe walker. I’m not sure if it is working but he tolerates it while we watch tv which is more than I can say for attempting to do yoga poses for a sustained time.

It worked well, just don’t over do it.

We got this for my little girl, who wanted help stretching for parkor.She is tiny, but she has big feet. Her heel is narrow. But the hole for the heel is a bit small for her. It works for now.Her toes are too the upper end.Works ...yesBut better for shoes sizes under a size 6.The velcro does not always hold well, and is not comfortable. Socks are advised if you have a sensitive child.
