Purchased these phones to setup with 3CX phone system, and yes there is NO power cord as they are POE, which means they need to draw power from your network switch, if you don't understand this concept then these are not the phone for you. No issues with the first two I purchased and I have another order of 4 headed my way. I have purchased this model and others in the past from other providers without issues. I have dealt with others including polycom, grandstream and Cisco, don't let the price fool you, great product for your money, and easy to configure!

I just recently purchased this phone for my Small business. This phone works very well for Small, to Medium size businesses. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who owns and runs a Small, to Medium size business. Good for Home-based businesses, or Storefront businesses with a few employees. "I Rated this phone 5 out 5 Stares."Be aware! This phone does "NOT" come with a power supply, it must be purchased separately. Unless you choose to use the POE (power over the internet) Ethernet cable. We use JIVE as our VOIP provider. These phones work perfectly on the system. Nothing said it didn't come with a power supply until I asked... we ordered them separate... still a great value as opposed to ordering from JIVE 3 minute setup! I understand warranty is hard to get as you much go to MFG in ASIA but for 55$ they work and sound GREAT!!!

I've only had a chance to play with Polycom phones, and this Yealink is just as good, if not better in terms of ease of configuration given the web manager. It also has great quality audio, and the speakerphone is *very* loud. So far so good.In case you're reading this, don't let the fact that it does not come with a power supply take you by surprise. It uses a standard 5V, 1amp power supply, and its connector is 5.5mm, (+) inside, (-) on the outside. There's also USB to 5.5mm barrel connectors out there, and that way you can put your old iPhone cube charger to good use :)

Never have this kind experience that having the phone without the power cord. Then I called our Voip phone service company and they tried to make it work as they told me that POE might work without power the cord. No it did not work!. there are bad phones. I had to return these two phones. It caused a lot of anxieties in the office yesterday without enough phones covering. Should the company provide the power cord anyway? It is like we bought a TV without power cord. what a joke!

Great phone for the price. May be its too soon to comment but have been using it for past 3 days and I really happy. I do plan to try more. I am using it with ringcentral and it works like a charm. Before buying it I always check the 1 star rating comment and all of the 1 star are because they do not had the power adapter, primarily but I had one included. I am glad I made the right decision so far.

The phone I think works great, but I can’t tell because the power cord is not included? Who buys a phone and the cord isn’t included?? I can’t use the phone because you are making purchase the cord seperatly. I have never heard of this.

This phone has been a great new level for our small ministry office. Before we were using our cellphones through phone.com. We plugged the phone in and worked super fast. Also a received a great follow up from the company.
