Small grain artificially coloured sand.
I think artificially coloured, because the colour comes out. Aslo small grains.

Got it exactly as I expected.
It contains mostly blue gravel particles. It decorates the home aquarium very nicely. Kids can play with it too. You need to wash it twice before deploying it. Not a big deal.The customer support is very helpful. They contact you on whatsapp before the delivery. They guided me well on how to start using the product. They were also ready for a reshipment as soon as I pointed out a some small problem. But that was really not needed so I declined.
