My son loves this razor very comfortable in the hand and great to use, Also very well made he has used it with an Astra blade and a feather blade both snapped in half in his words 10 out of ten

Ordered this yesterday and it arrived today, so really good delivery times even in the middle of COVID-19Firstly this is my first time using anything other than a conventional Gillette style multi blade razor..I bought this because I tend to use an electric shaver for stubble and then a Gillette to tidy up cheeks and neck line.. and I figured having one blade like this would make it easier to see the line..And frankly it’s cooler..I tested it today when it arrived and despite my lack of experience I managed to get the lines done and neck tidied up without cutting off my Quarantine beard.. so that’s good! Will take some getting used to but I like it so I’ll stick with it and get rid of the “traditional” Gillette .. feels odd to call that traditional when this “new” to me style has been around much longer!I’ve deducted a star just because the finish wasn’t premium, a few minor scratches to the metal and also a couple of small cuts in the composite handle.. I considered returning it for an exchange and then talked myself out of it because it probably wouldn’t bother a normal person.. just my perfectionist OCD getting the better or me for a second.. so I decided to be reasonable and keep hold of it.. after all .. I have more scars than that thing does.Time will tell whether it lasts or not, but for the price point it’s well worth trying out if you’re thinking about it.. plus at 5p per blade.. will save you money in the long run.

I like the weight of the razor, like the looks but I think it's too expensive after seeing it live

Terrible razor do not buy. Dark stag did a great razor previously which was the same but silver instead of black or perhaps it was a different version. With this version the clip where you would put your razor doesn't slid off but just opened when squeezed. Not to mention the grip on the handle doesn't even fit properly onto the razor itself. It feels cheaper even though the price doesn't reflect. The original was better or maybe it was just a different version. Either way I would not recommend this item. Very disappointed after having used dark stag for years

Cut myself 1st couple of times but what a close shave recomend terrific

It came, I used it, no cuts, all my blood is still where it should be, none in the sink...... it looks good, it feels good but in my opinion, it is not worth £45. It's smaller than I thought it would be in the hand not as heavy. I think £25 max would have been a more attractice price for what it is in the final experience. Another aspect that failed to impress was the cover, conisdering that most folks would store it with the blade still in it between shaves, the cover is not robust enough for extremely sharp blades. Give it a month or so and it'll be shredded. Given the price, some thought could be applied to a new cover design.
