These were a great add to my crossbow.

works great on my tenpoint wicked ridge crossbow wish these had been on it from the factory.
Installed on my new wicked ridge by tenpoint crossbow after using the bow to do target practice and noticed the bowstring and limbs on the bow were loud so I decided to order these dampers and also the limb silencers as well and that made the crossbow considerably more quiet actually it is scary quiet now can not wait to use it during bow season here in western NY this fall. They were incredibly easy to install and came with very good directions fit directly on the bow and required no adjustments. Wish Tenpoint had included these on the bow straight from the factory but well worth the price. I would highly recommend these to anyone that has purchased the Wicked ridge crossbow.

Mounts to riser perfectly but rods too long.
Fits the riser perfectly on my Raider 400. Installation screws are self tapping and bottom plate is not threaded as other reviews have stated. I used a drill driver with a good torques bit without any issues. Be careful not to over torque. Tightness can be double checked using the provided tool. Rods are slightly longer than needed, as others have reported. The rubber dampers were not fully seated on the rods, but I still had to sand down the rod end so that they properly touched the bow string without pressure. They did quiet the bow some, but saw more improvement after installing limb dampers. I wasn't concerned about the rod length or the gruved rubber damper issue others have had. I mostly wanted the riser mounting hardware. The rods and rubber dampers are easily replaced. 4 stars due to price, rod length issue, and not as much noise reduction as hoped for by itself without the additional limb dampers. These items should be included in the crossbow package. Didn't see any speed or accuracy issues after installation on my Raider 400. Overall satisfied with this product.

Works well.
Took the twang away. Quieted down my crossbow without adding too much weight. Did have a little trouble tightening the screws , felt like it wanted to strip out but, didn't. Maybe just me.

Crossbow string dampener.
Great quality product. Fit and worked as advertised. A bit cumbersome to install with tools that were provided.

Fits A WickedRidge Rampage 360
These fit my WickedRidge Rampage 360 and do reduce the noise level quite well, though I did have to shorten the stops by about an 1/8". The torx screws that come with this are self tapping and very small so that makes them very hard to install using the little wrench that comes with it. Do yourself a favor and throw that little wrench away and get a full size screwdriver with the proper torx bit to tighten it down. IMO all crossbows should come with these as well as some sort of limb saver preinstalled.

These should really come installed when you buy the bow
The first set I ordered were missing the backing blocks, so I had to return those and get another. Why I have to pay $40 for these in the first place is maddening. They should be part of the bow when you purchase it and they definitely shouldn't cost $40. Aside from that, they installed easily enough after I went to my toolbox and got the correct tools that is. The tools they come with are annoying. I'd give a 4th star for decent tools and a 5th star if the price was considerably lower.
