This product looks nice but feels cheap. It does the job and our flagpole fit right in. I will find a metal one for our other flag.

I needed a stand for a very tall, branded feather banner I ordered for an organization. I didn't find out until delivery that did not come with an indoor cross-bar stand. And the pole turned out to have a slightly larger diameter than most cross-bar type of stands, so none of the other stands available would fit.But this round stand worked for us. I bought a bag of sand from the local home supply store, filled the base, and it successfully held the 10 ft. banner perfectly. Note: you must fill it with sand or gravel, as it is very light by itself. It has been a good, inexpensive solution for us.

It has been a while I am using this Base stand. It is light but very convenient and easy to carry and use

You get what you pay for. This is plastic, and cheap plastic at that. You will need to fill it with sand for weight and looks like it will crack the moment someone walks by it.

The Flag stand is fine. I put rocks in the bottom rather than sand. The rocks make noise in the car when transporting. If not using sand then suggest putting paper or bubble wrap in the bottom with the rock to keep them from rattling. Once closed I don't think it is intended to be opened.I think it is supposed to have about 8 pounds of material (sand, rocks) added to the bottom. Getting the plug in can be a little challenge and needs a little mussel. It is a tight fit.
