The part you clip on the top of the poster doesn't lock well into place. When you take out the "pin" (once you think you're done attaching the poster), the spring snaps back and the top attached to the poster could break off--therefore causing you to lose your poster inside!I made sure to secure the poster to the top with Gorilla tape (may not look as nice, but it holds! :-)).

I bought two online from Amazon. First one, tension was so super tight it ripped from my hands, snapping the top banner off and losing the banner inside. Vispronet chat rep said they can't be retensioned. I was SUPER careful with the second, and it worked. I bought one overnight (to replace the broken one) directly from Vispronet site. Now knowing how stupid tight the tension is, I was UBER careful and it ripped out of my hands AGAIN. TWO broken now. I have to send a broken one and the one good one to the trade show, and sure enough, even though I warn my boss about the banner, it rips from her hands and breaks. THREE broken, useless banner stands. And to top it off, they scratched the graphics that now need to be replaced, too. What an absolute waste.
