Patios and Walkways (Taunton's Build Like a Pro) Paperback – January 19, 2010

I gave this book as a gift. My friend was going to put in some paving stones and had never done anything like that before. He found the book helpful.

I need to rebuild a deteriorated cement patio and I wasn't sure how to start, but this book covers it all. It has lots of pictures to illustrate the techniques and lists what I need to do my project. I checked this book out of the public library first, and I liked it so well I bought it.

I am a DIYer. Lots of good ideas and information for different walkways, steps, and patios. Step-by-step instructions are very helpful. I would recommend this book to others.

I bought this book with the hope that it would provide some practical information on building walkways. It is just a book with some photos. Don't waste your money on it.

I thought this book was a lot larger, and full of alot more materiel. Turns out its only a few pages, and not exactly what i was looking for, but it was cheep so im not that concerned. Probably wont buy another do-it-yourself book from here, just because you cant tell what is actually inside. I found much better reads at local hardware stores.

Very informative book on exactly how to put in different types of walkways.
