my new lockdown addiction food
Good base and really easy to add a few ingredients (and allows you to make to personal taste) to make some tasty cheese bread.

Makes a change
This bread makes a change. Brazilian Cheese Bread made in Poland! Not sure if it should rise as mine came out rather flat. Tasty none the less. Only glitch was the box itself was battered, torn and tatty and the sell by date was torn off. That put me off buying again.

Great product!
Great product but a little expensive for the amount you get. Package arrived with broken box but inner packaging okay!

Open packaging and damaged item
I was really looking forward to receiving this. But unfortunately, it arrived damaged and defective.

Where is the cheese?
Unlike other cheese bread mix I usually buy, this one doesn’t include any cheese. You have to add your own grated cheddar or parmesan to actually make these cheese rolls. Other than that it seems to be a good cassava flour and the rolls were delicious.

Ready made mixture for Brazilian Pao de Queijo
This is a ready-made version for baking the Brazilian cheese breads (pao de queijo). You just have to add a few more ingredients. It is much quicker to prepare than if you bake the Brazilian cheese puffs from scratch. Aim to use the whole packet in one go, it really does not keep well for the following day. I used a mixture of grated cheddar and mozzarella, doubled the amount of grated cheese originally indicated on the packet and left it in the oven 10 more minutes, it came out nicely brown and all puffed up.

Very yummy
Purchased one to try and was pleasantly surprised by the taste, texture and form. I think we've purchased about 4 or 5 now. It's very yummy.

Brazilian bread is brilliant
A nice alternative to garlic bread, and not too difficult to make. Would like alternative flavours...
