really useful
Good "bodge plug" allows connections to be tested before soldering up a permenant cable. As shown it comes with female screw locks so won't mate with a pannel socket on equipment. However, short M to M cables are available or what I did was to remove the nuts and replace with a pair of UNC 4-40 countersunk screws. It no longer locks in place but that is fine for a test setup

No solder required wire joining
An excellent product that will serve two purposes:1) will join 25 wires without needing to be soldered2) can be used when it is sometimes necessary to remove a control panel, when not required, for space or access reasons.I've used it to connect a control panel to a model railway layout, which will sometimes go to exhibitions and it's quick and easy. Excellent A+++
