my experience
i could not shut off the heater , so i sent it back . i had thrown out the packaging and had to pay $60 to send it back because it is a separate vendor from amazon (or whatever.) was so ridiculously expensive to repackage but what could i do . i like the idea of this machine , bummer i won't be ordering another .
