Excellent mesh network system
Typically, I like anything I've used of TP-Link. This system included. Quality and reliability are the hallmarks of TP-Link products. I don't work for them and am not related to anyone who does. I simply and honestly trust TP-Link technology to do what it is intended to do.I received my M9 mesh network back in February 2024 and thought it would be useful to post that there has not been a single issue from day 1. I have three hubs in addition to the router to provide WiFi coverage across this 3000 sqft ranch style house. I've not had issues anywhere in the home or out in the sunroom, on the deck, the porch, or even the new large entertainment patio. The connection was quick, smart, and very user friendly. Likewise, when there's a power outage, the entire system smartly reconnects without a hiccup when the power returns. It was worth every penny. I will never need greater transfer rates than this one offers at over 2 gig. The high quality of these along with their smart, sleek appearance means that I'll likely will not need to replace this system.I hope this helps someone who's on the fence about this system. I'm a real person. A busy research professor. Not a lot a time to fool around with flawed tech or intellectually lightweight support people who know far less about troubleshooting problems than I do. I'm not some wannabe influencer. I'm just like you. I'm busy and have better things to do than buy junk tech that I then have to waste time on making a return only to have to do more homework to find the right gizmo. I just wanted you to know that it's been my experience this system works perfectly to cover a single level 3000 sqft home without any problems.I look forward to reading your honest reviews as well!

Quick setup and great coverage. Would buy again! Long review follows
After reading some reviews here concerning difficulties in establishing or maintaining high-speed signals using a Deco mesh network, I planned to try out a Deco M9 system and return it within 30 days if I wasn't satisfied. Now that I've had it up and running for several weeks, I'm more than satisfied - I'm elated. We have a good-sized house (2700 ft2) with a yard, so I wanted a system that could provide seamless coverage throughout the property. Previously we had a wifi extender which worked, but extenders use a different wifi ssid. I had to manually change the wifi connection on my iPhone whenever I walked from my office near the router downstairs to the kitchen, near the extender. Setup of the Deco system was trivial: after downloading the Deco app, I followed its instructions, and within about 15 minutes had the mesh system set up with all 3 units. The coverage is embarrassingly good. Not only do I have strong signals all around the house and yard, but also down the street about 250 feet! The bandwidth is excellent, too. The home Deco unit is connected by ethernet to my gigabit Verizon FiOs router. Up and down speeds are consistently above 500 MB/s everywhere. The hard test of the system came during Thanksgiving. We hosted a dinner for 21, nearly each of whom connected their phones or pads during their stay. At the peak, the Deco app showed 26 simultaneous connections, up from the usual 8 when it's just us at home. Everybody I asked said they had great speed.TL/DR: this works great for me, and probably could work for you.

Excellent System
I was very skeptical about installing a Wireless Mesh Router System since over the last several years I've heard that they are just glorified "extenders" (and extenders don't work very well anyway) and they've always been a little expensive for what they appear to deliver. I'm sure other mesh systems work just as well but TP-Link (Deco) did a very good job putting this product together. It was relatively inexpensive, very easy to install (whole setup process for a 3-node system was about an hour which included dismantling the old system and testing the new one thoroughly) using the downloadable and very well-designed app and it immediately improved my network's WiFi signal by almost an order of magnitude. The app lets you see who's on your network, allows you to set up parental controls, see surfing history etc. The entire network can be monitored and controlled through the app - very nice! I have a two-story house with kind of a strange layout (about 3000 sq-ft total) but the three-node system has blanketed the entire house with WiFi and also at good speeds and low ping. Previously I had a primary router set up and ran the signal through my home's electrical system using ethernet outlet plugs to another router for use in the far side of the house. This was never a good solution so I finally took the plunge and got the mesh router. I would highly recommend this product.
