What a lifesaver! I take it on every roadtrip with me, rain, snow or sunshine. Need to charge it fairly long before leaving, but it works amazing if the car battery is too cold or dead in snow. The flashlight and USB phone charger works even when it’s not able to start the car so at least you can call help. And definitely built strong, doesn’t break if it falls on the road !

So easy to use and a charge lasts a long time. I have jumped off my Tahoe 3 times on one charge. I will say it does better if the battery is not completely dead (dead, as in no interiors lights, no accessory lights), but definitely turns over a very weak battery. I came back to see if I could order 2 for Christmas presents but was sad to see it is unavailable. If it ever comes back, make sure you grab one, or two. :)

I took my truck to the lake for a week and came back to my truck and it was dead. Pulled out this puppy and attached it and my truck started right up. My truck was having some mechanical issues and kept dying but because I had this with me it saved me about 8-10 times that trip, if I hadn’t had this I would have been screwed. 1 charge gave me all 10 jumps without even losing hardly any charge, I would guess this could have jumped my truck 40-50 times before needing a refill on charge. Cannot praise this product enough! Small enough to fit under my back seats, super light, durable, compact and overall great product, extremely grateful I had it and very impressed with its capabilities!

Was a little skeptical about this. Not even sure I followed the instructions properly, but it worked perfectly!! I cannot believe I've never purchased a jump start kit before. It is lightweight and so easu to use. I literally plugged the red clamp to (+ ) and the black clamp to (-), the car was on in nanoseconds. Thank God because I wouldn't know what else to do. Just started the car and I was off. My only concern is that this product will have some longevity. Great buy for women and young drivers. It has a (2) USB ports for cellular devices and a built in flashlight. Thumbs up!

I purchased this charger 9/11/21 and I have not had the need to use it until today. My battery died and my first use after owning it for two years was amazing. Quick and easy. The charger is lightweight and simple to use and at a pretty decent price

What a phenomenal product. I know lithium batteries and battery packs have come a long way but this little thing is brilliant. Compact and easy to use. Even if you know absolutely nothing about batteries, cars, car batteries etc... I think you'll find it easy and effective. As a seasoned "car person" I just pulled it out of the box and checked that it was at max charge and used it to jump a 2012 Ford Fusion LES. It has a parasitic drain so from time to time it'll deplete the battery if the vehicle isn't used on a regular basis and with Covid around, well, it tends to sit more than I'd like. I no longer worry about having to move vehicles around in the garage so I can jump the Fusion. Just pop the hood, connect the starter and turn it over. Simple as that. All these positive reviews are not just blowing smoke. This is a legit necessity for anyone dealing with battery issues or just those living in colder climates. I'd make sure any vehicle I owned had one of these tucked away. Just make sure the battery pack is checked from time-to-time and recharged.

Has saved me various times over the last year as my car's battery started to reach the end of its life. Extremely easy to use, and the charge lasts several uses.

So I bought this jump starter last October to be prepared for the Minnesota winter which is known to cause car batteries to die. Turns out I didn't need it as we had a very mild winter. However, a few days ago I unknowingly left both dome lights on in my car and then didn't drive it for two days which gave me a 100% totally dead battery.Aha, I thought. I have my jump starter which I purchased last fall and all I have to do is fully charge it and then jump start my car and be on my way. NOT! I was able to connect the clamp cables to the jump starter OK and got the alternating green-red lights described in the instructions as indicating "good to proceed". But then when I connected the red and black clamps to the battery terminals I continually got the "solid red with alarm" reading indicating that something was not right. No matter how many times I started over and tweaked the connections to the terminals I still got the red light/alarm and the car would not start. The "force start" button procedure which supposedly charges completely dead batteries did not work either. Followed the instructions to a "t" so no user error here. And my car battery voltage matched the requirements as well.My conclusion is that this jump starter will not charge a battery which is 100% dead which makes it useless to me. Every time I need to jump start my car the battery is 100% dead so if this jump starter will not jump start totally dead batteries then what good is it? I wish they would have stated this fact in their product listing and I would have avoided it altogether. Also, the manual could have been written better and been more complete as well.So what a waste - - mainly of my time. Now I have to go and spend more money to buy a jump starter that actually works.Update 07-14-21: I went to my local auto repair shop and they loaned me their portable jump starter. It is much larger and heavier than this jump starter and it jump started my car no problem immediately on the first try. So there wasn't anything wrong with my battery which is a high quality Interstate brand purchased just one year ago.
