Excellent just before bed or when feeling stressed out.
Love this tea. The taste is so so but the effect it has on my stress and sleep is what I love about it. Have tried lots of things to help with anxiety, one of the best finds.

Taste nice
Smell awful but taste so good. Cant say they helped with my sleep. I probably need to drink a few before bedtime.

Has the right effects but taste has changed
Feel calmer and sleep better after having this tea. I’ve ordered quite a few times but the last order tasted quite a bit different and has a very strong aniseed taste which isnt to my taste as much as the blend I’ve had previously.

Works and actually tastes REALLY nice!
I am impressed with these tea bags. They work very well for me, definitely calming me down. I normally only need 1 a day. But they also taste especially nice. I mean ‘might prefer to normal tea’ nice. I have ordered some more. I’m actually drinking this tea while writing this review. Yum.

Dominated by the star anise
Really wanted to love this tea but star anise completely dominated the flavour. It was like drinking pure aniseed tea. On the plus side it’s effective as a sleep aid if you can get past the taste profile. 5 stars as a sleep tonic but 1 star for flavour

Best sleep tea I've tried
I love the taste and smell of this tea, I've used many in the past and have had minimal impact on my sleep however this has really helped me dose of and stay asleep.

This did nothing for me. I recommend T2 Quiet mind.
