Had product inbox for four months until my house finished placed it and had some issues with the pressure of the water reached out to customer service they sent me replacements cartridges within 48 hrs. Working much better. Honestly amazing customer service and response time. Thank you !

Too large and heavy but beautiful

We bought this product on April 12, 2021. In less than couple weeks, the changing lights based on the temperature of the water stopped working. In couple months, the fixtures have black stains of rust/corrosion all over different faucets and on the back of the handheld shower. Would like to replace/return if I can have the Customer Service reach out to me. It is not easy to reach them. Very disappointed with the product after spending so much money in labor and material.

Update, the seller has contacted me in a very quickly and promptly manner to resolve my issue. I’m actually impressed that after this many month they would honor a replacement part. My project delayed for months and barely installing now. Once I receive item and everything is good I will update to 5 star as it truly is an amazing item if all components are in working conditionsThe shower head extension came with a crack and leaks water above the shower head. It’s not due to installation but rather the tube where water runs has a tiny crack that allows water to leak through

Customer service was wonderful! My shower heads had rusted in about 6 months and they reached out and made it right! Sent a new set with expedited shipping.

Product has not been installed yet. But the quality seems to be very good. Can not wait to see it in action, it's going to me great feature in our bathroom.

Here is an update on the product. The hot water knob got stuck few months ago. We called a plumber and he said the product needs to be replaced. It is a shame that I have to replace a $750 shower within 2 yrs of purchase. Not to mention the cost of labor. Absolute bummer. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this to anyone.Even though there were some initial problems, customer service more than made up for the issues. I really like people who go above and beyond their means to make customer happy. And I am one happy customer now. Thank you AYIVG!!
