Great product, complete value for money. Installation was done seamless and customer care team have been very responsive. Suggestion to buyers will be please buy a TDS meter to check the mineral content in between. This machine has a feature of controlling the TDS during installation see it how the technician does and you can do it on your own. All you will need to know is "when to". General observation, over few days TDS drops from what was set so some monitoring is required to ensure proper mineral content is maintained all times.

Good product delivered exactly on estimated day by Amazon, service person sent on d same day by Kent. Installation was simple & fast.There was leakage from one inbuilt part outlet & it turned out that outlet of one part( where pipe fits to the part ) was broken. KENT must ensure quality of all d parts & d distributor must ensure it before packing it for delivery as there have been lot of complaints about leakage / broken partAfter installation person checked TDS and found below 130 After emptying d complete tank, we tasted d water & it was good like packaged drinking water15 days are completed & purifier is working good so farKent should provide sediment filter along with d purifier as d customer have to buy it separately for 700 rupees. Sediment filter issuggested strongly if water contains high level of solids / un-dissolved particles. It protects inbuilt costlier parts from getting damagedOverall, apart from that broken part, a good experience. Let's see how it works in a long run

In contrary to the negative reviews mentioned here, I would like to review this other way around. My experience was great with Kent and the technician was excellent. Worth every penny paid to avail high quality product and the water ofcourse for what you have paid. I am unsure why there is mixed reviews, but guys, just go for it!

Amazon delivered in 3 days time whereas quoted 7 days. Good serviceKent customer care asked to apply through the web link , recieved the weblink in no time - applied and time given 2 days - next day early morning executive called and installed it before 1 pm. No hassle.Installation executive was co-operative and gave lots of infoI installed a separate filter for sediment filtration, please note the executive didn't force me for it, I opted it, as "supply water" (at times water quality is really bad and it comes in brown color) is not reliable.Hassle-free installation, water tastes nice - TDS set at 125I will revisit this review periodically to give review updates of how this product performs. my review is restricted to installation and initial use of 5-6 days only.

Very poor service, service person is asking to change the filters at least once in a year and costing around 6000/- maintenance starting from 1 year which is more than 60% of the brand new Kent purifier. Overall worst experience and I strongly recommend you not to buy this product.

I have been using Kent since 4 years at my Pune location, recently i bought this one for my home town location. The product is good and value for money. We could not check the Quality of water manually so could not comment on it but I feel it is good.Only disadvantage is that we are getting a little bad taste in water. Many people could not even recognise it.I called service support. Kent support is really fast and he visited the same day. However the issue is not resolved as he told it is due to new machine and will be resolved by its own in few days.

I have gifted this product to my family as I am staying away from home due to my job. My family were struggling for last may days to get a clean water..I too go through all the reviews of all manufacturers and finally decided to go for Kent.I believe they have a strong after sales service network.The installation process was satisfactory.As of now what I got the feedback from my family is that it's taste different like a mineral water. Truly speaking I have not yet tasted since I was not physically available. My family is very happy after we installed Kent...

Product has been delivered on time at home. called Kent customer service number and the installer arrived within a day. they say 48 hours but the member came next day.set-up was done in few hours and for some light was not coming as expected, the installer told us to use and he came after a week and corrected the issue.overall this is best than other Kent models. an undestand all the parts are shown with my mom not impressed, but brought 300 rupees cover .
