Inov-8 Men's F-lite 235 V3 Cross-Trainer-Shoes

Great shoes. Sized just right the for time. Arrived on time.

I like the shoe fit and color. Used to mostly puma for flats and old style inov-8's. These feel great so far. Wish logo was black too. Sizing is same as would be for normal fit w a nike id say. I had order smaller but no toe room. I like its accomodating to wider foot in toe area. Good show so far. Would recommend for crossfitters also (been at that since 2012).

Amazing training shoes! I have been using inov-8 training shoes in the gym for 4 years and would never use any other brand. They hold up to anything you throw at them whether it’s rope climbs, box jumps, or just a neutral palate form for squatting. While i don’t recommend running a 5k in them I do use them to run out a mile in between sets and they do the job! Highly recomend!

These shoes have a great grip on your feet when squatting and leg pressing. They make your feet feel stable , very good shoe quality.

This shoe is well made, and has the features most functional fitness athletes will appreciate. Seriously, you could do just about any workout you’d like in this shoe, including running short distance (5k or less). They are excellent for speed and agility work on account of their low weight and sock-like fit, the base is plenty stable for powerlifting and basic weightlifting, and they look great too!So why did I hate mine?I’ve spent the past 4 years in their predecessor, the F-lite 235v2. The v2 was a true zero drop shoe, and I’ve gotten so used to it that I struggled to adapt to the modest 4mm drop of the v3. The v2 was lighter, and overall more minimal in feel.The v3 is a better shoe in most ways, for most people.5 stars based on what the shoe is and who it’s for. It wasn’t for me, so I moved on to the Bare XF and couldn’t be happier.Buy this shoe if you want a shoe that can do a little bit of everything, and you don’t mind a little drop.Avoid this shoe if you want a truly barefoot feel.
