Pentel Mechanical Pencil, Stein, 0.3mm, Red (P313-CB) Clear Red

The Pentel stein is a great mechanical pencil with a smooth mechanism that functions very well when you need more lead while writing the size fits great in your hand with smooth metal grip the value of the money was worth the mechanical pencil great pencil it was great to use during school the eraser seemed very nice with the nice top to protect it this mechanical pencil is fun to use and is comfortable for everyday usage.

I love this lead pencil. It is smooth writing, the line is thin because it is a 0.3mm lead whichis helpful when sketching and love the way it feels in my hand because it feels balanced and my hand doesn't tire or cramp up.

I put hb lead in the pencil and use it for drawing hair and eyelashes... Really fine lines.... Pencil works great not like the 2 mr pen . 03mm pencils that were both clogged and never worked

The pencil allows finer detail than can usually be achieved with larger lead sizes(unless you sharpen them by hand). I like the ease of using this pencil without hand sharpening my 2mm lead pencils all the time.

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited when this was delivered. I took it out of the package and brought with me to school. Didn't have the time to check it out yet. When I got to school I took it out to try out. I started clicking to get in an noticed that part that screws on and lead comes out was loose. It was unscrewed a bit. I tightened it back up and tried again. No lead was coming out at first. I had it sideways so I turned it so pointing down. Then the lead started to come out. With other mechanical pencils doesn't matter which way it's held the lead comes out. Not a big deal though. Then the lead stops. So I unscrewed the piece it comes out of to check it out. When I do that basically all falls apart. The lead fell out of the part that pushes the lead from where it's stored out to the tip. So I gently tried to pick up and the pieces of lead all started breaking. Again not a big deal I have some refillable. When I go to pick it up that whole part slides out of the pencil itself. So the lead storage with the piece that pushes it out to the tip and the eraser all fell out. As soon as you take the screwed on piece (tip) off it all comes apart if not holding in the right spot or if not holding it point down. I was very disappointed in this because it's not good quality. It's probably not even Pentel. So save yourself the $5.00 and get a way better quality one.

My favorite pencil for drawing. I love the feel (heavy) and the style and color. I bought a 3mm for thin lines when drawing.
