Instant improvement!
I bought this for my 10 year old who keeps his legs too close together instead of keeping his body square. As soon as we put it on my son made 90% of the shots and had a more controlled dribble. Obviously it’s going to take creating muscle memory and forming a habit of proper spacing but this creates the perfect starting point of reference.

A blessing and a curse
Love how it has my son spreading his feet wider than ever on his form shooting. However, he is 12 years old and has a narrow frame. I almost feel like his feet are too far apart. However, it is excellent for working his legs and core as he does defensive slides.

Essential training piece
I have 3 boys 15,13 and 11 they are all into sports and I try my best to provide them with all the tools so that they can excel to their full potential. This training piece is essential in my eyes.
