I liked this book for the different theories, but really learned a lot more by the professor. Great book though as a beginners guide.

Complicates simple concepts. They mentioned how China has a balanced approach in terms of economic boom and social programs. Completely fail to mention the exploitation of the poor, different religions, and how anyone who shows criticism of the CCP are heavily reprimanded and may be sent to “re-education camps.” The book also mentions how wealth needs to be redistributed in order to promote social justice. Schools and universities need to utilize neutral or less biased texts.

Fairly traditional approach to career counseling & guidance, but doesn’t really address the realities of majority of Millennials now being part of a gig economy.. nor the US Dept if Labor projection that the average number of different jobs a college student today may have by age 40.,, so “the times, they are a’changin..”

Unfortunately, I received the wrong book and ultimately had to reorder from a different company. I received a different book with a different bar code.
