Hi,as near as I can tell,they are just about identical. I pulled a pair of 2(X)IST on over an old school pair of Calvin Klein hip briefs,and they were really close to the same.Hope that is helpful

Q: How well do these hold the boys in place? Any sag?

The boys, (all 3 of them) fit nice and snug in the front pouch, these are my favorite "go to" briefs

Q: Where is the closure?

There is no closure. The cup moves easily aside. The fit is superb.
