Yes it is thick and seems very durable. Other then that it doesn't stay on the faucet it constantly falls off and I bought this one for the feature of the spray hose which doesn't work. In order for the spray hose to work you need to push the chin in which doesn't click or stay at all for the water to run into the nose. Disappointed.

Safe but won't work as described
It only guards the spout. Bottom won't stay close due to the pressure of the water. In order for water to shoot out of elephants trunk. I need to hold the bottom shut. It would of been a great product but unfortunately it is not as the description details.

Worth the money!!
My Great niece and nephew love it. The product itself is very nicely made and will withstand a great amount of time being used. Highly recommend.

They make you work to get it installed correctly.
You will need to dedicate a bathtub to use specifically for this. It will need a lot of work to keep it from leaking everywhere. Once you get it installed you aren't going to want to move it and then the shower is then unusable.

Elephant! Great bath time accessory!
So adorable. My daughter loves when she gets to play with the water that comes out of the trunk. Makes bath time extra fun!

Didn't fit on the spout. Hard plastic. Sent product back.
