Q: I am trying to order this product but it’s not letting me past the delivery stage. I have tried on another persons account and same issue. Help!

Looks like they don’t have the stock. I’m waiting for my second one as the first one didn’t arrive at UPS on the 22nd June. Second one should be delivered today but still hasn’t dispatched. Very frustrating as it’s £80 cheaper than elsewhere but I’m unsure why they can’t deliver. Contacted Amazon but they can’t help with delivery they just ordered another one which starts the clock again for it not to be delivered.

Q: Does it come with both uk and eu plug or just uk?

The one I bought is not UK, but I would also say not Euro. It is two flat pins, like US or Japan

Q: what is the suction power in PA and the motor power in watts?

Not the faintest idea but when we first used it we had to empty the collection box it hurst your wrist on full power dragging it about even I still enjoy offering to hoover it it’s a great bit of kit

Q: Can the wand be extended to reach 12ft ceiling

I don't think so unless you buy a separate longer wand for it, the length stated is its maximum only length i believe
