Motion Infinity Bluetooth Helmet Communication System - Dual Kit

We have been using these for short rides but have put about 1k miles on them. Easy to use, maybe .5mi line of sight intercom function. Volume good, mikes good. Only issue I had was the "Quick Access" button came off of mine within a couple weeks. Contacted support and the sent a replacement unit within a couple of days. The old unit would still function it just is no longer waterproof. VERY pleased with support due to the fast response. Due to covid I am waiting on 2 other companies to resolve issues that should be as easy but they have taken months. UCLEAR gets BONUS points for how fast they resolved. I would have given 5 stars but I did have that one issue... Recommend and will buy in the future if adding more helmets. UPDATE- Over 9 months in ad units are still strong. Noted some people complaining about songs skipping or volume changing... I guess they do not realize that this unit can use hand gestures to control volume and skip songs. Look in the app and adjust or turn off that control. Issues occur when people do not notice they install the motion sensor where it is always seeing movement in neck and shoulders. Range is solid at about 1/2 mile in my experience. Good news is if a partner drops they get added right back as soon as they are in range. Probably should have a spent a little time at home practicing how to control the unit versus trying to learn on rides... It would have shortened my learning curve. Sound quality and sound reduction are great. I have used in snow and rain without issue.

I upgraded from my AMP to this has much better sound quality in the speakers and people on the phone can here me well. 4 starts because the motion control sensor is WAY too sensitive. When I move my head around to check blind spots or to see what’s where and where I’m going the sensor will of off and pause my music or increase the volume to an insane level. But other that that so far so good I’ll update if there is something to update.

I purchased this to replace an old Uclear which served well for many years. I thought this would be an improvement because of the type-c connector. Unfortunately the build quality of the device was very poor. The sound was intermittent. Every time I touched the cable at the connector, the sound would become distorted. I returned this item.

The distance between communicator is advertised as 3/4 of a mile. However they might be a 1/4 mile at best. Also, one of the three communicators we bought the speakers cut in and out. When we swap the communicators out the problem follows the communicator. On another communicator the rubber Ripped off the top button the very first time we used it. When trying to contact customer service by phone and email no response from either method on multiple attempts. We will not recommend these to any one or this company. Poor customer service when they don’t even acknowledge your phone call or emails.

Device worked well for a ride. At end of ride put the device on the Uclear charger and the darn thing Melted after about 20 min on the charger. Heard a pop and smell of burning electronics. The battery inside must have swelled as well. Luckily I was by the device to unplug before the lithium battery exploded.

The speakers failed after a few uses. One of the units failed right out the box. The on the road use was inconsistent communication at all ranges.

Skips songs while riding volume goes up and down at random missing pieces in the box and super quiet not worth the money

Clarity is not so good going over 50 mpg. To not get constant feedback, like too many people doing dishes, the microphone has to be way back in the helmet, which then makes it hard to hear. It’s a so so product. Great when just smelling the daisies, but to get anywhere, forget it.

Wow! J'ai adressé une question à Uclear il m'ont répondu dans la même journée.La question était à savoir si je devais avoir un GPS externe pour utiliser Uclear ou ils pouvait fonctionner avec le cellulaire. Rep. Il n'a pas besoin de GPS externe. Ensuite j'ai été extrêmement ravis de reussir tres facilement le jumelerumelage avec un appareil (imitation de Scena) d'ager d'environnement 3 a 4 ans tres facilement en suivant la procédure 2 étapes hipper simple. Merci Uclear. Je crois que l'on en a pour notre argent je suis très satisfait.Il me reste qu'à faire les tests sur la route quand la tempête de neige aura terminée!

Le produit fonctionne trews bien,j ai du changer les mic et speaker sur un casque.Mais apres une heures dans le grand froid avec casque de skidoo,ont pert le clairter du sont a cause de l humiditer.Cest pas encore parfais ,mais sa fonctionne
