Excellent for spotting fake notes. No doubting when you see one, once you are aware of what to look for. Focusable from wide to narrow beam. Just be prepared to upset a few people when you tell them a note is fake, but it looks so genuine! I use high capacity rechargeable batteries and they give great results and hopefully will last a long time.This is a very shrewd investment.

Nicely made item, but I was a bit dubious when I first turned it on as the light did not seem very bright. However it does seem to work better than the LED nail lamp for curing my UV resin projects so I am happy!

Bought this with the purpose of checking UV etching on a motorcycle. Out the box it feels and looks very sturdy with the metal body. The light too, very much different compared to other UV torches as instead of shining a dar blue light it shines a barely visible white. Light can also be focused which is nice. It did the job and so I have no complaints.

This is a nice 365nm UV light. There is a fair amount of white light that also comes from the torch, but it is not a strong purple colour. It illuminates things very nicely and is a very good torch for the money. It also takes a single AA battery which is very convenient. My only issue with this light is that when the battery voltage is low, the torch will sometimes not turn on unless you remove the battery altogether and put it in again. I am not sure whether this is a fault with the torch or just poor design, but if someone would like to get in touch from either Amazon or the manufacturer, that would be perfect.

I gave 5 stars for battery life, but this type of led tends to have a higher power consumption so don’t expect them to last long maybe six hours or so... also the brightness is probably ok, but you don’t see the uv, mostly the light reflection off things...

Bought this torch to cure ultraviolet resin for which it is perfect. It is aka lot of fun seeing what glows in the dark. I also discovered that some of the pipe work in the home is not the same material, which again was a useful discovery. Very satisfied.

People do not buy this product. I purchased it on the basis of the reviews and the description and pictures presented by the seller, when you get it it looks like an impressive bit of kit but don't be fooled. It costs £12.99 and you would expect it to work and it dosent. I have been contacted by the seller who now is trying to say it dosent do this and it dosent do that asking why I gave 1 star. This product according to the seller dosent do the things it shows in the pictures they advertised. My advise would be Steer clear of this seller.

Wanted a 365nm blacklight and this is not a 365 more likely a 395 nm no good for what I want it for
