McAfee LiveSafe Ultimate Protection for Unlimited Devices [Activation Code Only]

I tried this product a year ago on a whim. Over the past year I have used the various features on it. I had purchased another brand password program and it didnt work well so tried this True Key thing and was pretty happy with it. If you dont remember the guy that invented or wrote this program was thrown in jail for a while. It never affected his business though. This product works very well and it really does remove the cookies that track you. I dont think that it runs as fast as other programs when it is scanning for viruses and such.. if you do a Quick Scan its more like a slower then the others scan. But I dont really care becuase i usually do the scans when i dont need the computer. The deep scan is evan slower but the way i look at it is if it needs more time to find the viruses or malware then so be it. In the past year I have not had a single virus that infected my computer and that says alot. There are just some parts of the program that are slower then grandma....but like i said already i dont have any viruses.. I once used one of those free brands and ended up having my credit card numbers hacked 4 months in a row. It wasnt til I got this program that i never had the issues. I guess the adage is you get what you pay for. Mcafee is alot cheaper then it was. I used to be a Norton user but it is hard to remove all traces of it. This program will uninstall easily and that is another reason i like it. I dont want aliens to be telling me what to do.. at least I feel like i have some control with the computer now. I did review the other antiviral programs and McAfee seems to rate alot higher in certain areas..The key that i bought for 17 bucks says I can use it on unlimited computers and devices for a year. I thought that was very cheap. If you try to renew your mcafee through the program itself after its installed you will find that they want to charge you like 89 dollars or such for the same thing. I tried to load the key into my program wihout uninstalling it but i couldnt find the key section anywhere so ended up unistalling the program and then reloaded it. They claimed that you get new features with it but i dont know about that. Overall i think its a good buy.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Couldn’t get it to download on my pc. Returned it and was charged a 39.99 restocking fee!!!! Total rip-off!!!! Don’t ever, ever, ever buy from this company! Now I’m out still out 40.00 and have no virus protection on my pc!!!!! This is unacceptable and a SCAM! I want a full refund!

I've used McAfee for the past two years. At this point I wouldn't use anything else. This was a great product, easy to install, and at a great price too.

This product works as it should. I received the authorization code via email and used it to extend my current subscription. The moment the code was processed, all McAfee communication -- online and email -- were displayed in Russian. I copied the Cyrillic confirmation text into Google translate and easily finalized the update. Yes, it was a bit disconcerting, but it was an easy workaround. I then called McAfee support to see if they'd switch my language back to US-English, and was told to return this product for refund and buy LiveSafe from a licensed US dealer. That's the only way to get communications in English. Since this version code worked just fine, and due to the deep cost savings with it, I'm keeping it. I just wish I'd known this issue from the seller beforehand.

As mention by other buyers the install was not going well. I used the provided McAfee support phone number, they are fantastic they helped install into pc, laptop, 4 cellphones. McAfee support is great! As far as the seller, super fast ship of the McAfee packed code card ...best value

During installation, a European country had to be selected before proceeding further. I am not sure if it is against the agreement that had to be accepted. In the end, I had to call McAfee tech support to complete installation. For some reason, there was no VPN available.

I have been using McAfee Livesafe for 3 years as it came pre-installed on my last desktop PC. In that time I have had ZERO issues with viruses or firewall issues. Like I said "It Works". I also use MalwareBytes and I will not run my computers without it. I use both of them on all my devices including My Android phone, a Motorola Moto G Power.

Price rose from $14 to $38.As an IT professional I have negotiated with McAfee for competitive pricing in past. It was sheer laziness that I did not do the same this year. My mistake.
